- Colour Representation: We strive to display product colours as accurately as possible. However, due to monitor settings and digital photography, the actual fabric colour may vary slightly from your screen.
- Handmade/Natural Goods: Some textiles may feature slight irregularities in weave or print, which are inherent to the artisanal nature of the product.
3. Orders, Pricing, and Payments
- Order Confirmation: Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or stock unavailability.
- Payment Methods: We accept payment via secure third-party processors.
- Taxes: Prices are Exclusive of GST or other applicable taxes.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Timelines: Estimated delivery times are approximate. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or unforeseen circumstances.
- International Orders: Not supported at this point of time.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
- Standard Goods: Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 1 day.
- Cut-to-Measure Fabric: Fabrics sold by the yard or custom-cut orders are non-returnable unless defective.
- Defective Items: Please report any damaged or incorrect shipments within 4 hours of receipt with photo evidence.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, including fabric designs, logos, and website images, is the property of Luxe-Elegante. You may not reproduce or use our designs for commercial purposes without written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luxe-Elegante shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai.
